The ZeShan Foundation Sponsors the 2010 Green Long MarchJanuary 25, 2010

The ZeShan Foundation announced today that it will sponsor the 2010 Green Long March as a Silver Level Sponsor. Future Generations China is happy to announce that this is the Foundation's second consecutive year as a Silver Sponsor of the Yellow River Route.

This year's Yellow River Route activities will address issues of drought and desertification in communities such as Dongying and Zhengzhou. Support from the ZeShan Foundation will provide students will the resources needed to conduct awareness campaigns on their university campuses that address regionally specific environmental challenges. The Foundation's support will also provide students with the funds needed to identify and extend best practices through this year's Green Seed Awards Program. The Program fosters student leadership in sustainable development by allowing participants to be hands-on in project preparation and implementation.
